My little sister

Hello, I have a 13 year old sister who was diagnosed with the Russel Silver Syndrome when she was born. She was (and still is) very small for the size "Normal". Since she was born, she was always followed up in one of the best hospitals in Salvador. But she was always considered normal, because she does not have any deformation, except for the size of the bones. She is only very small. Is accompanied by an early age, can bring psychological problems to the child. She may be repressed, and suffer bullyng. But she has always been a nun smart and seems to have no problem with that. It is very healthy. But my mother became pregnant 3 years ago. His third child, who also does not have the height that a child of 3 years should have. And he did not have medical follow-up and was not diagnosed with the syndrome, and the pregnancy was complicated. It is similar to that of my sister. What I want to explain here is that For a boy to be little is more difficult than a girl. And society does not "forgive". I want advice on how to help you face these future obstacles. Thank you.

Ps: btw, I'm small, but I'm "normal". My parents are small too. But just my siblins have the sindrome.
