The most limiting condition, according to my experience, is being short of breath. Being short of breath limits you from doing the regular activities e.g. household chores, holding a lengthy conversation, running for a bus etc.
Fatigue comes in at a later stage followed by aches and pains. Sometimes getting out of bed is a problem because the body feels as if it was run over by a trailer truck.
