Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia is not known to all patients who suffer from it. If the patient is symptomatic, then they will realise they have an increased heart rate at rest. Usually this heart rate is above 110 beats per minute at rest. If this is the case, the patient could have Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia, but it is important to see a Cardiologist at the earliest opportunity in order for other tests to be carried out.
