I feel that you can be happy even with having had NF. Counceling is important, to talk to someone about your feelings of having NF. Trying to stay positive is important. I know we all have days when we feel defeated, "why me?" I asked and still ask myself. Focus on the positive. For me, beleiving in a higher power has been helpful; along with support from others.
