I'm sure that some can work full time but others could possibly work part time, but in my case I have these unpredictable shut downs were I crash and have to go lay down !!!

Yes! This disease is different for everyone, lots of people react well to treatment and are able to live Relatively normal lives. That said, some people can not work and have a hard time coping day to day. There are also people in between those two extremes
