It is suggested that you cut down on sugars and caffeine and eat more fat and protein. I have cut down on sugars and caffeine but as I am leaning much more towards weight GAIN not loss I do not eat any more fats, I am a vegetarian and I have spreads, cheese etc. so possibly consume too much already. I try to eat smaller amounts at meal time and eat more often and include fruit and vegetables in good quantities.
