I definitely highly advise regular exercise to those with Nager. They will have to adapt the various machines and alternate ways of lifting, depending upon her arm shapes. Some of us with Nager's are born with four fingers. Don't be too intense, but build extra muscle because we are physically more weak sometimes. Just live life and try try everything. Don't limit yourself to activities unless you enjoy them. I dance, sing, write, and do what I want with my life.
