The overwhelming fatigue. The fatigue that feels like you are bone tired, drained, so tired you are wearing a wet suit filled with wet sand trying to walk around and carry on your life. When you say how tired you are, loved ones will agree with you that they also are tired! No one understands the overwhelming tiredness that we experience is so different from just being tired!
