As with anyone a healthy diet is key to a healthy lifestyle.

I follow a diet full of lean meats, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, plenty of clean water, etc., but I also supplement with D3, extra protein via shakes, omega 3, collagen, etc to help with my overall health, my KS and as a recovery agent for the weight training that I engage in on a regular basis.
