There is no real effective treatment or cure. And Arachnoiditis does not just "go away," as some medical professionals will try to claim. Strong opioid pain medication can be used to help manage pain control. Epidural Steroid Injections should be avoided at ALL COSTS, as they are a major cause of Arachnoiditis. Any other invasive spinal procedure should be avoided unless it's life-threatening.
