Experience with Binder Syndrome Nasal Surgery?

Hello, I am from Japan and was diagnosed with Binder syndrome 10 years ago.
I am now considering nasal reconstruction surgery.
If anyone here has had surgery for Binder syndrome, could you share:
– What kind of surgery you had
– How satisfied you were with the result
– How long it took before the bandages were removed
