Castlemans is so varied that one answer is no good. At one particular point I felt ok but had too much potassium in my boy so my heat was apparently really slow and they called me and told me don't eat nothing with potassium in it or stress out because I could have heart attack. Some can exercise some can't and some are unable to. Best talk to your Doctor.
