Each case is different. I am able to work, but chronic fatigue syndrome, doctor appointments, plus I get sick easily makes me miss a lot of work. I know one patient that is in severe pain most of the time so he is unable to work. It depends on case by case and what each person is able to handle and how well each person's Castleman Disease is maintained.
