Living with cluster headaches is like riding a roller coaster - you just have to ride it as there is no getting off.
Lifestyle requires adaption to ensure that whatever you decide to do you have yourself covered to compensate with possible onslaught of an attack. Don't leave home without your "safety net" medications, don't go anywhere where noise levels may be triggers and don't go anywhere that you can't remove yourself from should an attack come on. This also includes over exercising.
What do you have to do to be happy with cluster headaches?
Who wrote this question? Obviously someone with little knowledge of cluster headaches. Happiness is not a consideration with cluster headaches - it is misery most of the trip. Do more research!!
