Yes, but the let downs associated with pain, awful doctors, isolation, impatient people, etc ARE a challenge. I sense you're already experiencing some depression given the question. Please talk to someone, even if you're unsure. Medication is safe and can work wonders. Depression makes you hurt and pain makes you depressed.
