I think you should be cautious when doing certain activities just because your bones are made up differently than others but that's okay. I quit tumbling because the weight of my own body on my wrists and having to bend them back so far was a little more difficult. My specialist stressed to not use it as a crutch though because being so young he didn't want me to miss out on activities I enjoyed.
