I would not work in an enviroment where I'm exposed to cold/wind and one with a lot of noise or need to speak.
Since not everyone has the same type, branches or severity this is an impossible question to answer.
If you think you can work- work. It'll help take the focus of the scary nature of the new diagnosis. You'll know when you can't anymore.
