If there is a diet, I haven't discovered it yet. If diabetes develops due to steroid therapy, a high protein, low carb diet should be followed. Fatty foods and alcohol should be limited due to liver changes associated with medications, etc. Perhaps a diet designed to fight inflammation would be beneficial.
