Is it easy to find a partner and/or maintain relationship when you have Osteopetrosis?
People with experience in Osteopetrosis give their opinion on whether it is easy or not to have a partner or to maintain a realationship when you are diagnosed of Osteopetrosis. What are the possible difficulties in having a relationship?
It is hard. I get a LOT of stares since I was born with my left ear due to an abnormality disease called Goldenhars Syndrome. I dated and some questioned about how we would have sex. The partner must have a deep love for their diseased partner and have an understanding heart. The partner must devote their life to caring for their mate through sickness and pain. It is definitely possible. Been married for 2 years.
