If you have a food you are sensitive too, try to avoid it. If it gives you added congestion, well that you won't want. No, I don't think my diet has affected my ear. BTW, I eat almost all fruits and veggies, fish, red meat maybe 1X/month (if that). Rarely sweets. Rarely pasta, bread.
