There is no final cure to my knowledge, but eating less greasy and drinking no alcohol will do help in the end. Also for some people will help taking enzymes (such as Creon), but it's not a cure as such.
In a multidisciplinary pain centre, they can not cure the cause of the pain, but they can do help to reduce the pain that leads to a better life.
