Well this is a loaded question. Some people go way to early mostly because they can't bear the pain of the disease and don't the proper support group. Others are able to function and live a semi normal life and live a long time. I think a song time goes on we will continue to see new treatments like Neurostimulation that will become more prevelant. There are others that are currently being researched such as Ketamine.
