Many natural treatments are suggested for HS. But, again, they work for some people, but not for others. Soaking in hot Epsom Salts water, Vick's Vapor Rub, Prid, tea tree oil, a combination of essential oils, all have been suggested. You can also conduct research or try your own natural remedies to see what works. Be careful, though. Some products may make your HS worse.
