I cannot imagine working with this pain. Work will be dependent upon where your AVN is located, what your pain level and tolerance for pain is. How quickly or slowly your AVN is progressing. I was fortunate (or not?) to be out of work for another disability when the AVN came on. Pain is exhausting and if I am active I will be down for days after. Also may depend upon if you are on narcotics. This can greatly effect your thought process and concentration.
