Can disappear on its own without treatment BUT doesn't always and unfortunately many people will argue with you about length of having Sarcoidosis. No cure as such but an aggressive treatment of using chemo and antibiotics can have a positive effect. Once scarring has occurred, that damage can't be repaired. Lung and/or heart transplants are the last resort.
