So in my own case i always had weak bones making it easier to fracture. I myself was a fan of sport but never did the extremes such as Football, Rugby, GridIron and all of those. I stuck to skipping and my favorite Dancing! Exercise i never did much because of my body could get so tired and warn out quickly i never really adventured out to doing gyms and stuff. I just found dancing was enough for myself.
