I myself never had a dietary plan. Because of not able to gain weight properly. I stuck to the fattier type of foods. Adding butter and cheese to things. Drinking milk etc. However i didnt find all of these the most tasteful. Its really up to what you/or your child will eat. Theres not really a diet for Alagilles Syndrome.
