I would say that the opthamological symptoms (inflammations and lesions in the eye) that can lead to blindness as well as neurological symptoms (brain lesions that can lead to personality and other changes) are most limiting, impactful and the first symptoms that I would prefer to be rid of. While other kinds of lesions (i.e. oral and skin lesions) are generally painful and uncomfortable and effect the quality of ones life, they are not as impairing as the eye and neurological symptoms.
