The worst symptoms in my opinion are those connected to neurological system, because they can be very dangerous for patient. The disease can attack eyes, brain, limbs or any part of our body.
However, the most painful are the oral and genital ulcers, erythema nodosum (mine is healing very slowly and it's covered with bleeding wounds) and bone pain.
