For me the most limiting is my speech. The shorter the word the better for me as I tend to not be able to produce some sounds. For example when introducing my mom I say mom rather than her name or my mother, As with most folks who have speech issues with long term Bells palsy, my speech mispronounces v,b,d, and usually skips the r in words.
