Wether you can work or not depends on how badly you have been hit, some people I hear talk of the gym and working within weeks others are not able to work. Due to a strong headache (i do mean very strong) I'm not safe to drive and can't concentrate for long so not able to work. I get vertigo and dizzy spells.
