The combination which has brought my son back from being skeletally thin, dealing with severe scleroderma, and rapidly worsening joint contractures is ECP treatments plus Sirolimus plus a tiny dose of Prednisone every other day. We have now added Jakafi, too, and it has ratcheted up the improvement even more.
