Do you have "bumps" that look like boils in the following areas: beneath armpits or breasts, along buttocks, in groin area, neck, back or scalp? Do these bumps refuse to burst or do they leak pus? Do they keep coming back? Do you feel fatigued, even though you have not been very active? Those "boils" are the real key to HS. They will form and reform in the same area or spread to other areas. However, please visit a doctor/dermatologist who is knowledgeable about HS to determine if that is what you have.
