There is no known confirmed cause of Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia. It is thought that any of the following could be a cause:
* Hypersensitivity to adrenaline
* A genetic abnormality inside the Sinoatrial Node
* Disturbances in the Autonomic Nervous System
