Since Lichen Sclerosus is most often a vulvar condition exercise should not be an issue. When I am in a "flare" I try to avoid to much heat and sweat in that area. Normally I clean and thoroughly dry the vulva and apply a barrier cream to protect the vulva/anal area while exercising.
