I think you should be cautious when doing certain activities just because your bones are made up differently than others but that's okay. I quit tumbling because the weight of my own body on my wrists and having to bend them back so far was a little more difficult. My specialist stressed to not use it as a crutch though because being so young he didn't want me to miss out on activities I enjoyed. I recommend maybe stretching your wrists on a daily basis because I know mine get stiff at times and especially after surgery I could do it anywhere. Sitting on the couch, being at school, or even typing has helped me because I didn't want to lose any motion.
