Fatigue is a HUGE one!! Especially in the mornings; it's so bad you can't move. Some mornings are easier than others but when you realise it's a bad one you just lay there like a prisoner in your own body, too tired to even move. I like to be optimistic about my diesease, I am thankful I have less difficult days than ones I can manage
