Dont compare yourself with others. Dont fall for that one.
Take your medication always with you. Take naps if you can. Keep on your sleep higiene schedule. Take notes of what to do. Have a good diet plan (if possible at the same schedule every day), dont drink alcohol. Attention with the carb food, increases the sleep. If you can exercise, don exagerate! Keep you emotions under control. Try not to get in a fight or think to much in a problem! Get the stress away from you! Surrund yourself of supportive positive friends and family. Love yourself and be gratefull, there are many other worse diseases.
