After 50 yrs of suffering with RLS, sever to chronic during the last 10/12yrs I can just about put up with the sensations, (various), prior to having to move my legs. What affects me mostly is the loss of cognitive skills during normal daily activity, and the occasional depressive "blackest of thoughts!!!!" During particularly sever bouts.
