NO. But somethimes you would think people though it was.People some time act differently when they see someone who is blind. At first I thought it was ignorance but latter decided no its education. people have been educated to think of blindness as a negative. For example when arguing a point if you don't agree with them may say "What are you blind." and their are many more. Also in the Bible it mentions blindness 82 times, not one is mentioned in a positive way. Oh by the way, God loves you and is not punishing for your sins or the sins of your family. I had a lady tell me this on the bus one day. fortunately I knew the Bible better than she did and told her what the Bible actually said and ask her to go home and read it again.
