A Addison Disease story

I so remember when I was diagnosed. I was a young teenager just entering high school. Seems so long ago. Was entering 10th grade, new high school. I went to high school only for around 2 years, the rest of the time I was tutored as I was in the hospital alot at first. Since it was the 60's and was hard to dx. Almost died numerous times. Funny how I was dx. My Mom was at church and a usher asked her how she was doing. She told him about me and how they couldn't find out what was wrong with me. Turned out he was a internal specialist he told her to bring me in when I got home. She did and it took about 2 visits and he told her I had Addison's. Started me on meds and I felt better. There where up and downs but I made it.
