Heartbroken - Addison’s Disease

Hi in January 2019 my 3 year relationship with my partner ended via a phone call while he was in another country. The next following 8 weeks I was totally heartbroken & stressed. I suffered constant vomiting & diarrhoea everyday with extreme fatigue & dehydration.
I was feeling so terrible on Friday 8th March that I got myself to a doctors & she ordered blood tests & rushes them through in 2 hrs. She phoned me to say get to a hospital right then.
I presented at the hospital 1 hr later & the doctors there immediately assessed me & took more blood tests & CT scans. They said I was in Organ Failure & hours from a heart attack & told me if I hadn’t gotten to hospital I would of definitely died that weekend.
After test results were back they confirmed that I had caused my Adrenal Glands to die so was diagnosed with Addison’s Disease Primary Adrenal Insufficiency.
I spent a week in hospital while they did more testing & got my meds under control.

I am now living at home by myself so learning what I can do to help my body adjust to life with Addison’s.
I am eating a organic clean diet, no processed foods, no dairy, no wheat & no alcohol or soft drinks.
I’m looking at ways to heal my body by using foods as medicines & lots of spiritual healings.
