adenoid cystic carcinoma breast metastasis to lung

i was first diagnosised acc at my right breast in oct 2015.....operation to remove tumor in nov followed by radiation in jan 2016
everything seemed fine with annual chest xray.... ultrasound lower abdomen n mammogram until in may 2020....doctor ordered a pet scan to confirm i was cancer free
pet scan results was not good.... same acc tumors had spread to 3 of the lung lobes.... apparently chest xrays had not been able to detect any of them
operation was no more an option..... stereotactic body radiation (SBRT) was recommended but i was a bit hesitated and waited until beginning of 2021 to go ahead with 5 sessions of SBRT
3 years went by...... i am still fine this minute
next coming chest ct scan scheduled in dec
