My name is Sam, I'm austins mum, we found out austin had agenesis corpus collosum at my 20 week ultrasound, and were referred to fetal maternal medicine where they officially diagnosed him, we were followed closely by them during the rest of my pregnancy as he had enlarged ventricles (ventriculomegaly) pregnancy went well an Austin was born naturally on his due date, after he was born they took some blood for genetic testing which came back inconclusive, he had an MRI at 5 weeks old to confirm diagnosis, so far Austin is doing great he is 9 months an sitting independently, he is not yet rolling but has done a few times an is starting to try to crawl :) Austin has a mild ora-motor delay (meaning he is slightly delayed when it comes to eating an swallowing an eating at about a 6 month old level) but overall he amazes me everyday
