My 19 year old daughter was diagnosed with cancer just a few days before her senior prom. The Dr let us come so she could enjoy her prom and then we would go back the following Monday to find out what type if sarcoma had turn our lives upside down. We are doing treatments down in Gainesville FL at this type and her crew of Dr's are amazing. She has lost lots of weight. We originally noticed her swollen leg and that's where 1 of her many tumors Is, she has them in her pelvis, lungs and there is a very small 1 on her brain. Besides her not having the best appetite she feels pretty good. If you didn't know her you wouldn't know she was sick.
