Are you willing to switch over to HAEGARDA?

Researcher
Asked 8 years ago MS123 2027

Hi,

For those of you taking Cinryze, are you thinking of switching to HAEGARDA? Has anyone switched over to HAEGARDA? If so, why or why not?

Has Shire made you think twice about switching?

How has the shortage of Cinryze made you feel about Shire and switching over to other HAE treatments?

Would you prefer to stay on Cinryze and wait for Shire's other HAE product to be approved?

Thanks,

Malini

The shortage of meds is a nuisance to deal with.  But, overall, the support from Shire has been incredible.  If I know a similar treatment is coming soon from Shire, I will wait.
