Insurance issues

Hi guys, my premium is increasing for coverage--I know sometimes OnePath will help cover this in addition to co-pay coverage. Does anyone have any experience with this? Are there qualifications that I have to meet to get premium coverage or assistance?

I’m not sure if one path helps with premium assistance, but there are 2 non profits that definitely do.  One is Patient Services Inc
