I feel hopeless

I want to know if there is a chance not to live these awfull swells... It becomes harder each day and I couldn’t find a dr to help me. Is there a medicine to stop it? It started in 2009 with my tounge and lips but usually it happens on my one eye and ends in 36 hours. Doctors tought it was kind of an allergy and gave me cortizon for more than 2 years but it made no change. I found by myself after searching on internet that I have Hereditary Angioedema, but still couldn’t find the right doctor who knows this disease. I found out that it usually happens before my period or my ovulation dates.
I wonder if anyone from Turkey has the same disease and knows a good dr?
