Fighting back problems since '95, but not diagnosed until '14

I've fought back pain since graduating college back in '95. I worked in the furniture department of an office supply store and thought I just messed it up there. For years, I was told it was a strained muscle. Regardless of what it was, I didn't take care of it properly...stayed in the industry too long, didn't stretch like I should have, etc. I tried muscle relaxers, chiropractors, etc. Finally, in '14, I went to a spine specialist who ran bloodwork and diagnosed me with AS.
