I wanted to do something that would allow me to "take back" what I felt Ankylosing Spondylitis took from me, my self worth, my self esteem and value. I wanted to be heard and to feel validated. I created the website to give others and my self to do exactly that. Sometimes AS has at times been the worse thing in my life but the greatest blessing also. Depends on my day.
